The Willing Heart (意志 / 心): This represents the "beginner’s mind" (Shoshin). It is a heart that is open, sincere, and determined. In Zen, the "heart" and the "mind" are one and the same (Kokoro).

The Dojo (道場): Literally "The Place of the Way." Traditionally, a dojo is a physical hall for martial arts or meditation. However, this phrase subverts that idea. It suggests that wherever you are, if your heart is engaged and willing, that space becomes sacred ground for growth.
The internal struggle, the mundane chores of daily life, and the moments of deep focus—all of these are "training" if the heart is willing.
